Jacqueline Busby
A qualified solicitor with over ten years’ experience of handling personal injury cases, Jacqueline spent four years working at Minster Law, most recently as a complex case handler dealing with high value, complex injury and negligence claims in different aspects of personal injury such as RTA, employers liability, public liability, occupiers liability and industrial disease.
Prior to this she spent six years at Halifax firm, Benjamin Roberts Solicitors, joining the firm as a paralegal and later qualifying as a solicitor.
Jacqueline is a graduate of the University of Huddersfield, where she undertook both her law degree and the Legal Practice Course.
As head of legal services, Jacqueline leads a team that handle over 200,000 enquiries per year, covering all aspects of personal injury, clinical negligence and a full range of legal services.
Jacqueline joined First4Lawyers in June 2018 as she wanted to move away from the practical every day handling of personal injury claims, to a managerial and coaching role with us. She is also a member of our Senior Management Team.
She is keen to spread the depth of her knowledge within the legal services team, and gets great satisfaction from training and development, to make sure our customers all receive a first class experience.
Outside of work Jacqueline is a keen horse rider and spends her free time with her young daughter, riding in the countryside.
