First4Lawyers announce RTA ABS launch

The implementation of the whiplash reforms, due in May 2021, will have a significant direct impact on all firms in the Personal Injury sector, especially when it comes to dealing with claimants of road traffic accidents (RTAs). In response to the changes, First4Lawyers has announced the intention to launch an ABS law firm, trading as First4InjuryClaims. The ABS will be its own, independent law firm and has been set up solely to deal with RTA enquiries, post-reforms. We will continue to deliver a mixture of EL, PL, OL and Clinical Negligence work to our panel firms.
