F4LPlus celebrates £4 million milestone
Director of marketing, Andy Cullwick, gives an update following the live launch of the platform, which allows consumers to compare legal services providers.
As we approach the end of 2024, we’re excited to see what the coming year has in store for F4LPlus.
Since piloting the groundbreaking platform, which allows consumers to compare conveyancing providers, earlier this year, it has been used by more than 8,500 people and generated almost 6,000 qualified leads for law firms.
Of those leads, almost three-quarters of consumers (72%) need a conveyancer straightaway, rising to almost 90% who need one within a month.
The number of quotes that have been requested to date total more than £4 million, with the top performing firm securing almost 200 new instructions.
What started out as a small cohort of North West law firms that had agreed to taking part in our trial has gone national, with panel places now open to firms across the UK.
Compare the market
For the first time, consumers can compare the price, skills and client reviews of multiple conveyancing providers without trawling through their individual websites.
They can then shortlist up to three to request quotes from.
Perhaps surprisingly, cost is not the most important factor for around half of people. In fact, we see more instructions received when the quotes are higher.
For law firms, who are only charged for the leads they want, the platform also gathers valuable intel such as a breakdown of the types of transaction – for example, into buyers, sellers, or those looking to remortgage or transfer equity.
Depending on the nature of the case, the potential return on investment could be as much as £12 for every £1 spent.
