First4Lawyers continue sponsorship of PI Futures Conference as it goes virtual for 2020
This year has been challenging across every sector, with the pandemic affecting almost every single business across the globe. For PI lawyers, 2020 has dealt a double blow with claim numbers collapsing during the lockdown and the April 2021 whiplash reforms implementation drawing ever closer.
Under the unprecedented circumstances we have found ourselves in this year, with many of the country under differing restrictions, the PI Futures Conference has gone virtual, with sessions taking place over the course of a week – and we’re delighted to remain a sponsor, showing our continued support for the future of the PI industry.
The weeklong virtual conference kicks off on Monday 23rd November, where our head of operations, Andy Kay, will be joining a panel of experts who will be focusing on the reforms, delving into the policy and the technical build of the claims portal.
Our head of marketing, Andy Cullwick, will be presenting at session two, aimed at providing firms clarity on staying in the market post-April 2021. The session will consider how firms can continue to operate in the market post-reform and what it will mean for claims marketing.
Andy Cullwick says: “We’re delighted to be sponsoring the PI Futures Conference for the fifth year this year. Now more than ever, it is important for PI firms to stay informed about what might affect them and what they can do to ensure they’re prepared and best placed for whatever the changing landscape brings to their door.”
First4Lawyers recently launched their sixth annual State of the Market survey. The survey is designed to gauge the challenges and changes facing the personal injury and clinical negligence sector, to build a comprehensive picture of the market.
