Industry Recognition as First4Lawyers Celebrate Win at Personal Injury Awards 2019

The First4Lawyers team attended the prestigious Personal Injury Awards black-tie dinner and ceremony in Manchester last night and are delighted to have been named Claims Management Company of the Year for the fifth time in a row.

The awards, which are now in their twelfth year, provide businesses operating within the personal injury sector the opportunity be recognised for their high standards of practice and outstanding achievements.

There was stiff competition as always, with Winn Solicitors and Auto Claims Assist in the running, however First4Lawyers retained the title with judges recognising our dedication to go above and beyond to assist our clients and were particularly impressed by our mystery shopping white paper to help improve the customer experience journey, the positive independent client testimonials we’ve received and our strong market share.
