First4Lawyers launch new campaign #RepairTheRightBody

Today we are launching a campaign aimed at raising awareness amongst consumers about the government's plans to reform personal injury claims as part of the Civil Liability Bill.

The bill would mean the compensation payable to those injured in road traffic accidents, through no fault of their own, will be heavily capped, but there will be no limit on how much can be spent repairing their damaged vehicle.

Our campaign - #RepairTheRightBody - seeks to illustrate how an ordinary person will suffer and be left to fend for themselves against insurance companies that will see their profits go up as a result.

As an industry, we need to unite and improve our lobbying to parliament and to increase the public's awareness of this big change before it is too late. Given the current passage of the reforms through the house, there is only a short period of time to influence. We need your help by supporting our #RepairTheRightBody campaign.
