Looking back on 2019 and forward to 2020
As the festive season draws in and 2019 draws to a close, we reflect on some of our highlights of the year.
This year saw the launch of our biggest ever, multi-million pound TV advertising and digital campaign “Second to None”, which resulted in a 136% increase in brand search. Our new adverts were also recognised by Trustpilot as a winner of their competition to find the best ads and marketing materials which feature Trustpilot ratings, stars and/or reviews.
We joined many familiar faces at the PI Futures conference, which also saw the release of our new white paper: creating a customer-first culture where our head of marketing, Andy Cullwick, presented the findings that personal injury firms are failing to adapt to clients using less traditional methods of contact.
To round the year off on a high, we won at the Personal Injury Awards for the seventh time, praised by the judges for our dedication to go above and beyond for our clients and panel law firms, as well as our impressive market share.
Looking forward, 2020 looks set to be an equally interesting year with the impending implementation of the Civil Liability Act, which could move from the planned April 2020 target. Whenever the reforms do come into force, there is no doubt that it will bring about significant changes to the marketplace.
Once again, we have decided to make a charitable donation in place of sending festive gifts and cards to our valued customers, panel members and business partners.
This Christmas, we are donating to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance Charity, who provide fast medical response and state of the art emergency care that has a major impact on a patient’s chance of survival and subsequent quality of life.
To find out more information, you can visit their website where you can read more about the wonderful work they do and how you can support them.
Finally, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you everyone for their support in 2019. We look forward to our continued partnership in 2020, working together to overcome the challenge of the latest set of reforms and helping our panel members to sustain and grow their business in the new era.
Have a wonderful Christmas!
