Repair the Right Body

Support our campaign and help to stop the unfair changes

The #RepairTheRightBody campaign is aimed at raising awareness amongst consumers about the government's plans to reform personal injury claims as part of the Civil Liability Bill.

The bill will mean the compensation payable to those injured in road traffic accidents, through no fault of their own, will be heavily capped, but there will be no limit on how much can be spent on repairing their damaged vehicle.

#RepairTheRightBody illustrates how an ordinary person will suffer and be left to fend for themselves against insurance companies that will see their profits go up as a result.
